Ingrid Pena

Project and Research Assistant

PhD candidate in Geography and Environment at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), conducting a research on how ecosystem services are considered in decision making. She holds a Master's Degree in Territorial Development and Public Policy from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ), Graduate course in Environmental Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) & UNEP Brazil Institute, BA. in Tourism from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) and currently pursuing a Degree in Biological Sciences at UFRJ. She has experience in socio-environmental education, consulting and research. She is part of the Center for Science of Conservation and Sustainability in Rio (CSRio-PUC-Rio) and the research groups Integrated Landscape Management (PUC-RIO), Tourism and Society (UNIRIO) and Interinstitutional Study Group on Ecosystem Services (PUC-Rio).
