Leonardo Geluda


Has a master's degree in Social Sciences in Development, Agriculture and Society from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ), graduated in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), when became an member of the Environmental Economics Group and Sustainable Development (GEMA) of the Institute of Economics. Has MBA in Business from IBMEC and a specialization in Environmental Sciences from UFRJ.
Worked for 13 years at the Brazilian Fund for Biodiversity (Funbio) and developed independent consultancies in the development of strategies and financial mechanisms for the conservation and sustainable management of biodiversity. At International Institute for Sustainability (IIS) , coordinates the economics and sustainable development teams and develops analyzes, strategies, tools and financing models for conservation, management and environmental recovery.
