Giulia Cezini
Designer
Giulia is a designer with a Master's degree in Design from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), where she also earned her bachelor's degree. She is currently specializing in Territorial Development at the same education institution. Her academic and professional work focuses on the relationship between humans and nature, with an emphasis on agroecology and regenerative land use.
For the past eight years, she has worked at the intersection of design and sustainability, developing conservation-focused projects for institutions such as Yale University, and providing consultancy for Indigenous communities in the Amazon through nonprofit organizations.
With a strong background in social media content production through design agencies, Giulia now concentrates on communication strategies within the nonprofit sector, aiming to broaden public understanding of nature conservation and sustainable development.
She is also engaged in environmental education and certified organic agroforestry production at Sítio Sou, an agroecology initiative.
