We seek to promote the transition to sustainability, contributing to the balance between socioeconomic development, biodiversity conservation and rational use of natural resources.

Sustainable Land Use

We promote the transition from the traditional agricultural practices to a more sustainable land management, helping to mitigate climate change and guaranteeing the future of the next generations.

Economic Analysis

We seek to strengthen and defend the basic principles of balance between the economy and the environment, favoring research, planning and management in public and private fields, linked to the relationship between ecological, social and economic systems, in order to improve social well-being.

Policies

We assist in the formulation of policies aimed at sustainability, as well as the implementation of practical actions, working in partnership with public sector bodies and other organizations.

Spatial intelligence

Through landscape modeling and monitoring, we identify the patterns and trends of social and ecological systems, supporting decision makers through quantitative statistics and mapped scenarios.

Renata Melo

Human and Business Management Leader

She holds a degree in Industrial Process Management from PUC MG, and has completed certifications in Yoga through the Kundalini Research Institute, Systemic Therapy, Purposeful Leadership and Consulting from LUMO, Ontological Coaching, ESG and Group Facilitation from Território Appana, Therapeutic Mandalas from Ceimas, Corporate Governance from IBGC, Organizational Conflict Mediation from EcoSocial and Concadora/Germany. She is also currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at PUC MG.
Her personal and professional journey has always been centered on human and organizational development, with 19 years of experience in large companies. She has been responsible for business and people management in companies with diverse cultures, such as Fiat Automóveis, GM-Fiat Worldwide Purchasing, ASK Group, and JVC Kenwood Corporation.
For the past eight years, she has been working as a human and organizational development consultant, integrating her professional experience with diverse knowledge in business and people. She contributes integrative practices that enable more effective and powerful work, helping organizations and individuals to co-create new realities.
