Bernardo Strassburg Talks About How We Can Restore One Million Hectares of Degraded Land

Bernardo Strassburg, founder of IIS, spoke in his TED Talk about the urgency of restoring degraded lands in Brazil. According to him, despite public policies and scientific evidence, restoration in Brazil is still progressing slowly.

“It’s not about planting a few trees and leaving. It’s about restoring entire ecosystems that can withstand the test of time,” he stated.
