Mariana Gogola

Project Manager

Mariana has a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and is currently a Master's degree student in Sustainability Science at PUC-Rio.

She is experienced in planning, managing, implementing and monitoring socio-environmental projects of international, bi and multilateral financial cooperation, with direct involvement in the technical and financial development of initiatives. She worked on projects related to management of conservation units, strengthening socio-biodiversity value chains and innovation and sustainable production. She is also experienced in executing projects with state and federal public agencies, third sector organizations, and traditional communities and indigenous people.
At IIS, she is the project lead of "GEF Private Areas - Conserving biodiversity and rural landscapes".
