Ana Hardman de Castro
Project Manager
Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Geography from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). In 2023, she completed an MBA in Project Management at Esalq/USP.
She has been a collaborator at IIS since 2014, starting as a volunteer. As a Project Manager at IIS, she is involved in the strategic management of socio-environmental projects focusing on biodiversity conservation, provision of ecosystem services, sustainable soil management, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, and socio-economic development.
