Carolina Mazzi
Senior Communications Analyst
Carolina Mazzi is a journalist who graduated from UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro). Before joining IIS, she worked as a Senior Communications Analyst at the Getulio Vargas Foundation and the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, where she coordinated campaigns for human rights and health projects.
Fellow for the Age Boom Academy program at Columbia University, as a researcher, worked for the World Bank and the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).
Throughout her career, she has also worked as an audiovisual producer for documentaries and series. Her work has been published in national and international media outlets such as the BBC, Deutsche Welle, Canal Curta, and Forbes, among others.
